Decision deadline for practices Monday-Friday is 3pm.
Decision deadline for games on Saturdays is 6am.

• On Game days, a decision will be made by 6:00 AM to hold games in the event of wintry weather.
  
• For practices: We leave it up to the digression of the parents if they want to come out, if we haven't already cancelled.  No one should feel obligated to attend a practice if they don't feel comfortable.  The coach also has the right to cancel if we don't.  We don't follow the schools. 
  
• A notice will be sent to all coaches and posted to KCRG in the event of a cancellation.  ​
